Fish Pi has six mental illnesses, including Fish Styx, who has seven of his own, and has the nerve to tell Fish Pi to seek counselling.
The sea horse is a bit deaf. Asked to find a purpose, he finds a porpoise. Fish Styx doesn't like Fish Pi to have friends, so he leaves.

Under the sea, all roads lead to Doctor Octopuss. Fish Pi wonders what lies in store for him.

Doctor Octopuss has an unusual throne. Fish Pi wants to know why he should take note of the Doctor's advice.
Doctor Octopuss explains how he used to look after chickees with the help of his cardinals. Fish Pi has doubts about this.

Bubbly says she heard the cardinals ate all the chickees, and when their parents found out, Doctor Octopuss fled to the sea.
Bubbly spends hours and hours asking questions until Doctor Octopuss' dinner is brought in. Fish Pi wonders why Bubbly keeps talking.

Fish Pi sees no point in being counselled by Doctor Octopuss. Bubbly suggests that with the right mate, he would have no need of counsel.
