Foxee refused to believe Tweety Pi would travel the galaxy for the sake of a goldfish. He got Tweety Pi drinking, to loosen his tongue.
But Foxee wasn't used to drink at all, and what happened next was entirely out of character ---

Foxee ran for it, 'Boots' stole the PUFF craft to escape, and Tweety Pi covered it up by flying away. Ever since, Boots has worn a mask.
At Pat's insistence, the Holodeck resumes showing her her past. Once again she is in the cave, and has no idea where it will lead.

The Holodeck speaks to Pat as a Wobble-Goblin. It explains it was programmed to reveal its origin only when she knows her own life story.
Pat wants to know what is happening outside the holodeck, and what the crew are doing. But the reply only makes her even more nervous.

Pat hears Doctor Foxee outside. The Holodeck tells her she must choose to remain and know her past, or leave, and never know the truth.
The Holodeck gives Pat a final chance to change her decision.

Pat says she insists on remaining in the holodeck now it has let her back in, but it contradicts her in a way that beggars her belief.
Doctor Foxee is concerned for Tweety Pi. Boots assures him the Planetary Walker has not been damaged by the crash, so Foxee heads out.

There is no means of tracking Tweety Pi's movements, so Foxee sets out as seems best to him.
Foxee swiftly leaves the 'Sylvester' behind, as he searches for Tweety Pi and Anna in the fast-moving Planetary Walker.
